'Digital Empathy' is a 30-minute performance piece the soundscape of which was derived from the interaction between the performers and the audience. The members of the audience were invited to join the ‘choir’ and become a part of the live soundscape by wearing a Muse electroencephalograph (also used in Noteiktė’s project 'Experience Helmet'), which translated brainwaves into sounds. Noreikaitį and her fellow performer Zoë Dowlen were also wearing Myo armbands, which sense electric muscle activity, creating a ‘bodily’ soundtrack. The end product is a shared experience of exploring he surroundings of the chapel (St. Margareth’s House in London) and the ‘interior spaces’ of their bodies and minds.
